Wake Up and Smell the Hustle

What’s more American than attending a rodeo during a trip to the United States?

Our first rodeo was in Cody, Wyoming, the state that holds the primacy of the first professional rodeo in 1872.  After the one of Cody we attended many other rodeos, but this is probably the easier to be fit in your itinerary being located just 60 miles away from the east entrance of the most famous National Park in the States: Yellowstone.

Cody is also the city founded by William Frederick Cody aka Buffalo Bill, so that’s why this would be the best place to revive the Wild West epic, where the real cowboys are still busy gathering herds with their horses.

Adrenaline, dust, tumbles, broken bones, huge raging bulls and horses whose sole purpose is to unsaddle anyone who tries to tame them. You will assist to  a variety of disciplines: roping, barrel racing, bronc riding and bull riding, the most dangerous one in which the bravest cowboys try to resist as much as possible on the back of huge bulls who can not wait to kick and crush under their weigh anyone who tries to overwhelm them

Wake Up and Smell the Hustle
